Yes — most of our clients are small to medium-sized businesses. The scope is tighter, the communication more direct, and the solutions more practical. That’s where we work best.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on what’s involved. A server migration or M365 deployment might take a few days to a week. A website rebuild might take 2–4 weeks. We’ll give you a clear timeline in the proposal before anything starts.
Do you offer ongoing support after a project?
Yes. Many clients keep us on for ongoing management, monitoring, and support after delivery — whether that’s a retainer or ad-hoc as needed.
Can you work with our existing setup?
Almost certainly. We’re familiar with most common hosting environments and IT stacks. We work within what you have wherever it makes sense.
